Handle Finish:
Cut and serve both hard and soft cheeses with style. The cutouts in the blade reduce resistance while the ridge gently separates cut cheese. The serrated blade works for both soft and hard cheeses. The angled handle provides leverage and the forked end can be used for serving. Works for both right and left handed use.
Hint: If you have trouble cutting hard cheese straight, try turning the cheese around and using your other hand. You could also try cutting with the knife at a very slight angle.
