Gingerbread Trifle
GINGERBREAD CAKE
Preheat oven to 350ºF (176°C).

Pour into a greased and floured 9" x 13" pan and bake for 35 - 40 minutes or until centre is set. Cool and Crumble.
PUMPKIN LAYER
Beat together:

4 cups milk

4 packages (4 serving size) butterscotch or vanilla instant pudding mix

1 can 398ml can solid pack pumpkin

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon each ground ginger, ground nutmeg, and ground allspice.
In a trifle bowl, similarly sized glass bowl, or individual bowls, alternately layer crumbled gingerbread cake, pumpkin mixture and whipped topping.
