You can almost taste that watermelon just by looking at Kuhn Rikon's Original Melon Knife. The long 11" serrated blade easily cuts through the thick skins of large melons. Ergonomic handle gives great leverage while reducing wrist/hand strain. Try it on blocks of large cheese - holes keep slices from sticking to the blade. Also works for all melons such as cantaloupe and honeydew or tough skinned gourds and squash.
