Give your chicken, pork, or seafood a Jamaican zing with Rada's Jamaican Jerk Marinade mix. In a resealable bag add the flavour pouch, a can of your favourite beverage (such as cola, ginger ale or beer) and a bit of oil and vinegar. Add your meat, toss gently and allow to marinate for a few hours to overnight. The combination of chili's, citrus and unique Jamaican spices will be sure to please your family and guests.
