Returns and Exchanges

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.  We will provide you with accurate details of the products we sell.  If in doubt about an item, please call us at 1-877-643-0285 or 1-306-662-3190 or email us at for more information before ordering.  Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If you are not satisfied with the product you bought:

A return claim must be filed within 15 days from the date the goods were received.  Please fill in a Returns Authorization Form and we will respond within 3 business days or call Country Lane Kitchens at 1-306-662-3190 or 1-877-643-0285 to received authorization. 

We will refund the full cost of the goods less any shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee.  All returned items must be unused, undamaged, and with the original box or package in new condition.  All instruction booklets, papers, etc. must be included.  Items must be properly packaged and return shipping prepaid.   The return authorization number must be visible on the outside of the package.  Products not returned in the above specified manner may be refused and returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.

Damaged products:

All items are inspected and properly packaged at our store before shipping to you. 

If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately.  Visible shipping damage needs to be reported to the courier at time of accepting the goods.  If you suspect there is internal damage (ex. tinkling glass), please accept goods and sign for them as ‘subject to inspection’. Damaged goods may need to be inspected by the courier company, so please keep these items until we notify you of how to proceed.  Claims for shipping damage must be made within 24 hours or your claim may not be accepted.

Defective items or warranty claims:

Country Lane Kitchens warrants our products for 30 days from receipt of goods.  Due to quality control, we may require the defective item be returned to us for inspection. Defective items will be replaced at no additional cost to you or your money will be refunded upon receipt of the product by us.  This warranty does not cover abuse or damage caused by use other than for what the item was intended.  After this 30 day period, the product will be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.   Please contact us or the manufacturer to determine the coverage.

Wrong item received:

Country Lane Kitchens will promptly correct any errors on our part at no extra expense to you.   Once the wrong item has been returned to us, we will either issue a full refund or ship the correct item to you prepaid, plus or minus any price difference.  You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods.
