Sweet Nothings
Combine in a mixing bowl:

- 1 3/8 cups flour
- 1 1/2 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3/4 cup sugar
Beat together:
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup oil
- 3/4 cup milk

1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Add to dry ingredients and stir until just mixed.
Spritz both sides of cake pop pan with Wilton non-stick Bake Easy spray.
Fill bottom of pan level with height of the pan. Place the top of cake pop pan on and lock into place. Bake for 7 minutes at 325 - 350° F. Do not over-bake.

Melt in a narrow cup:
Mix together in a bowl or in a bag:
- 3/4 cup sugar

1 tablespoon cinnamon
While slightly warm, dip each cake pop in butter. Lift out and set briefly on a paper towel. Roll or toss in cinnamon sugar.
