Wild & Spicy Hibiscus Stuffed Salad

In a bowl, mix together:
- 1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon tamari (can substitute soy sauce)
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Salt to taste
Julienne very finely:
Dice:
- 1 medium green chili pepper (mild to medium hot)
In a bowl, toss radish and chili’s together. Pour dressing over. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Drain:
Spread open Wild Hibiscus flower petals and arrange salad inside. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and diced fresh chives.
